Job Skills / Requirements

Prior security, law enforcement, and or military with flexible availablity, preferred for immediate hiring in Shorter, AL. area

(available flexiblity preferred)

Shifts: 1st:8a - 4p; 2nd:4p -12a; 3rd:12a - 8am

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting and addressing inquiries or concerns from visitors, employees, or clients.
• Conduct regular walking patrols of assigned areas to identify and report any identified security and safety concerns.
• Monitor facility access points diligently in support of a secure environment.
• Must be able to read and understand written instructions, complete standard forms and logs, compose reports that convey complete information in a legible manner.
• The ability to remain calm, solve problems, and act effectively in a critical situation.
• Ability to enforce property rules as set by the client in a non-confrontational manner.
• Maintain accurate activity logs for reporting purposes.
• Must remain alert for the presence of violations and contact the appropriate authority.
• Provide escorts when requested.
