Job Skills / Requirements

• For driving positions (25 years of age plus, valid driver's license, clean MVR)
• computer literacy, customer service 
• Ability to enforce property rules as set by the client in a non-confrontational manner.
• The ability to remain calm, solve problems, and act effectively in a critical situation.
• Ability to perform a periodic walking patrol of approximately 1/2 mile.
• Conduct regular walking patrols of assigned areas to identify and report any identified security and safety concerns.
• Monitor access points, employing verification procedures to authenticate the identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting premises, in support of a secure environment.
• Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and other incidents, utilizing appropriate actions and established protocols.
• Maintain precise and detailed logs documenting activities, incidents, and notable observations, facilitating comprehensive reporting and analysis for enhanced security measures.

2nd and 3rd Shifts available:

Monday - Thursday 11:00pm-7:00pm (tech savvy skills and MVR needed)

Saturday/Sunday, Thursday/Friday 6:00pm-6:00am, 2:00pm-10:00pm (tech savvy skills and MVR needed) NOTE: 12 hours shifts weekends, two 8 hour shifts during the week) = 40 hours 

Saturday/Sunday, Monday/Tuesday 7:00am-7:00pm, 3:00pm-11:00pm (tech savvy skills and MVR needed) NOTE: 12 hours shifts weekends, two 8 hour shifts during the week) = 40 hours 

Saturday/Sunday 7:00pm-7:00am (tech savvy skills and MVR needed)

Monday - Thursday 11:00pm-7:00am (tech savvy skills needed)

Monday - Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm

$16.01/Hour
