Job Skills / Requirements

The Project Manager is accountable for managing and overseeing all the security functions associated with designated accounts to ensure SEI Operational Excellence standards are adhered.

 

Essential Functions include the following:

·         Responsible for the timely, efficient and accurate delivery of security services to assigned accounts complies SEI Operational Excellence standards.

·         Identifies quality control problems  and recommends, initiates and provides solutions to the problems. Exercises the authority to halt work on nonconforming work and activities as needed. 

·         Ensures that SEI Operational standards are effectively implemented and provides notification to corporate management of quality problems.

·         Acts as a liaison with the identified accounts and internal SEI departments on quality related matters as required. 

·         Assists with the evaluation of employee performance, establishes scheduling efficiencies, identifies promotional opportunities and participates with the enhanced recruiting efforts within the assigned client account. 

·         Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Education / Experience:

·         Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice with 5-7 years of related experience, with military, law enforcement or security preferred and/or training, or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience. 

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

·         General knowledge of security and safety protocols. 

·         Skilled with report preparation for a variety of security and client needs. 

·         Strong written and oral communication skills. 

·         Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

·         Self-motivated with strong problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills     

·         Ability to read and understand technical forms and security reports.
