We are seeking a polished, personable, and professional Studio Lobby Ambassador to serve as the first impression of our studio environment. This is a high-visibility, client-facing role ideal for someone with a strong background in hospitality, concierge, guest services, front desk, or luxury customer service who knows how to create a warm, welcoming, and elevated experience.

This role is perfect for someone who recently moved to Los Angeles, enjoys working with people, and wants a steady weekday schedule while building experience in a fast-paced studio setting.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, guests, visitors, and staff entering the studio
  • Create a welcoming, polished, and professional first impression at all times
  • Manage front desk operations including guest check-in, visitor badges, and lobby flow
  • Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
  • Coordinate guest arrivals and communicate with internal teams as needed
  • Provide directions, information, and general assistance to guests and employees
  • Monitor lobby activity and maintain awareness of all individuals entering and exiting the property
  • Support access control procedures and follow all site security protocols
  • Observe and report unusual activity, concerns, or incidents to management as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable lobby and front desk area
  • Complete daily logs and basic reports with accuracy and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong background in hospitality, guest services, customer service, front desk, concierge, or other client-facing roles
  • A naturally warm, upbeat, and professional personality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Someone who is approachable, poised, polished, and confident in a public-facing role
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong situational awareness and attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and consistent with attendance
  • Comfortable representing the studio in a professional and welcoming manner every day

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, luxury service, studio operations, or high-end customer-facing environments preferred
  • Guard Card is a plus, but not required at the time of hire
  • For the right candidate, we are willing to assist with the Guard Card process
