Guard-Systems, Inc. is hiring a Post Commander for an HOA community.

This role is ideal for a security professional with strong leadership skills who understands how to keep a team organized, motivated, and working together. We are looking for someone who can lead by example, support officers in the field, and maintain a professional, dependable operation at the site.

Because this is an HOA community, the right candidate must also be presentable, approachable, and strong with customer service. This position requires someone who can build positive relationships with residents while still enforcing site rules and maintaining security standards.

This is a great opportunity for a leader who understands the balance between team management, resident relations, and day-to-day site accountability.

Schedule:Monday - Wednesday3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the on-site security team
• Help keep officers organized, accountable, and working together
• Maintain a professional relationship with residents and community staff
• Enforce site rules and post expectations consistently
• Assist with daily operations and site coverage needs
• Address issues professionally and communicate effectively with management
• Provide strong customer service while maintaining security awareness

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in security
• HOA experience required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Dependable, organized, and calm under pressure
• Able to work well with both officers and residents
