Guard-Systems, Inc. is hiring an Unarmed Security Officer for a property in the Arts District of Downtown Los Angeles.

This is an active post that requires a strong security presence, professionalism, and confidence in handling a variety of day-to-day situations.The right candidate will be comfortable with patrolling, transient removal, customer service, and package management while maintaining a professional approach at all times.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, alert, and experienced in working in a fast-paced urban environment. This position is ideal for an officer who is confident in the field, comfortable handling challenging interactions, and able to provide solid customer service while maintaining site standards.

Schedule:Sunday - Thursday3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Pay Rate:$21.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine patrols throughout the property
  • Handle transient removals professionally and effectively
  • Provide strong customer service to tenants, residents, and visitors
  • Assist with package management
  • Maintain awareness of site activity and report incidents as needed
  • Help ensure a safe, professional, and well-managed environment

Requirements:

  • Active Guard Card required
  • Minimum 2 years of security experience
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills
  • Comfortable with active patrol and high-contact assignments
  • Professional, dependable, and confident in the field
