Guard-Systems, Inc. is seeking a Post Commander for a gated community in Culver City.

This role is ideal for a security professional who is confident in leadership, strong with customer service, and experienced in working with residents in a community setting. We are looking for someone who can lead a team, support daily operations, and maintain strong relationships with residents while upholding site standards.

Being a Post Commander in an HOA environment requires both security knowledge and people skills. The right candidate will understand how to lead officers, communicate professionally, and handle the day-to-day dynamics of a residential community.

Schedule:Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PMMonday - Wednesday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Pay Rate:$22.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the on-site security team
• Help maintain a professional and well-run security operation
• Build positive relationships with residents and community staff
• Assist with post coverage and daily site needs
• Monitor officer performance and uphold post standards
• Address issues professionally and communicate effectively with management
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security awareness

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Post Commander or security leadership experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Security experience required
• Professional, dependable, and calm under pressure
• Able to work well with residents, staff, and officers
• Experience in a gated community, HOA, or residential setting preferred
