Job Skills / Requirements


  • Patrol interior and exterior areas of the property to identify and address security risks
  • Monitor surveillance systems, access control, and alarm systems
  • Provide customer service to tenants, employees, and visitors, offering directions and assistance when needed
  • Respond to and document security incidents, emergencies, or suspicious activity
  • Conduct access control procedures, including verifying credentials and managing visitor logs
  • Support fire safety and emergency evacuation protocols

Certification Requirements (All)

Valid Guard Card
