Responsibilities and Duties

• Visitor and guest access control at business and HOA locations. Observes and reports activities, prepares logs and reports as required by each site.
• Patrols assigned site on foot, in a vehicle or golf cart, checking for irregularities.
• Acts as a receptionist for a client facility, welcomes on site visitors, determines nature of business.
• Assists in start-ups at new accounts, including working at the account, create a training checklist and train the permanent staff.
• Flexible to work for multiple clients at multiple locations, covering open shifts, call offs and vacations.
• Prepare and document incidents and daily security reports using tablets, cell phone and or a desktop. May be required to create handwritten incident reports.

Qualifications

• Be willing to work all three shifts (graveyard, swing, and day) and up to six days per week.
• Have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Have reliable method of communication via phone.
• A valid guard-card and 6 months experience as a security Part-time Rover.
• Must have basic computer skills and may be required to learn a variety of software.
• Excellent communication skills and public relations experience.

Associates Degree
