Weekend Field Supervisor – Security Operations

Saturday & Sunday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Guard-Systems, Inc. is hiring a Weekend Field Supervisor to support our security operations team across multiple client sites.

This is a great role for an experienced security supervisor who knows how to lead officers, handle issues in the field, communicate professionally with management and clients, and make smart decisions under pressure. This is not a sit-behind-the-desk position — we are looking for someone who can be visible, responsive, organized, and dependable every weekend.

The Field Supervisor is responsible for conducting post checks, supporting officers in the field, responding to incidents, assisting with scheduling coverage when needed, and ensuring our client sites are operating professionally and according to company standards. The role also includes coaching officers, documenting issues, completing pass-downs, and communicating with Account Managers and HR as needed.

Schedule

Saturday & Sunday8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and post checks throughout the shift
• Support, coach, and guide security officers in the field
• Ensure officers are following post orders, company policies, and client expectations
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, call-offs, injuries, and staffing concerns
• Assist with filling shifts and solving operational issues during the shift
• Communicate professionally with clients, officers, dispatch, HR, and management
• Complete accurate incident reports, documentation, and shift pass-downs
• Maintain a strong field presence and represent Guard-Systems, Inc. professionally
• Make quick, confident decisions when issues arise

Requirements

• Must be 25 years of age or older for company driving/insurance requirements
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must have at least 3 years of supervisory experience
• Security experience required
• Active Guard Card preferred/required depending on assignment
• Must be professional, reliable, and able to work independently
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Must be comfortable driving between sites and interacting with officers, clients, and management
• Must be available every Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
