Luxury HOA Front Desk Coordinator – Marina del Rey
Guard-Systems, Inc. is hiring a Luxury HOA Front Desk Coordinator for a high-rise condominium property in Marina del Rey.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a hospitality, hotel, concierge, front desk, luxury residential, or administrative background who enjoys providing polished, white glove service in a professional environment.
This role supports a busy luxury condo HOA and works closely with onsite management. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, professional, and service-minded — someone who can greet residents with warmth, assist with daily front desk needs, support management, and keep things moving without needing to be micromanaged.
The right person for this role has that “get it done” mentality. You notice what needs attention, communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and understand how to represent a luxury property with professionalism.
Schedule
Monday – Friday7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay
Starting at $21.00 per hour

What You’ll Do
Greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors with a polished, welcoming presence
Provide white glove front desk and concierge-style service
Assist onsite management with administrative support and daily property needs
Answer phones, emails, and resident questions professionally
Assist with work orders, vendor check-ins, deliveries, packages, resident requests, and building communication
Maintain an organized, professional front desk and lobby presence
Monitor lobby activity and address unauthorized guests professionally
Escalate resident complaints or difficult situations to management as needed
Communicate clearly with residents, guests, vendors, management, and security
Follow building procedures and report concerns promptly
What We’re Looking For
Hospitality, hotel, concierge, front desk, luxury residential, or administrative experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Polished, professional appearance and demeanor
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking
Computer, email, phone, and basic office system skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced property management environment
Able to professionally address unauthorized guests or building concerns
Reliable, punctual, and consistent
Proactive, mature, and able to anticipate needs
Guard card is not required
