Guard-Systems, Inc. is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for the SAG-AFTRA property in the Wilshire area.

This position is ideal for someone who is friendly, professional, polished, and dependable. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and can create a welcoming environment while also maintaining awareness of the property and its day-to-day activity.

If you have a background in customer service, hospitality, concierge work, front desk support, or security, this could be a great fit. This is also a unique opportunity to work at the SAG-AFTRA property, which may be especially appealing to those interested in the entertainment industry.

Schedule:Thursday – Sunday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PMMonday: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Pay Rate:$21.00 per hour

What You’ll Do:

• Provide a welcoming and professional presence at the property
• Greet and assist visitors, guests, and tenants
• Help monitor access and observe building activity
• Conduct routine patrols throughout the shift
• Support a safe, secure, and customer-friendly environment
• Respond professionally to issues and report incidents as needed
• Represent Guard-Systems, Inc. with courtesy and professionalism

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor
• Reliable, punctual, and attentive
• Comfortable staying active throughout the shift
• Able to balance hospitality with security awareness
• Security experience is a plus
• Concierge, hospitality, or front desk experience is a plus
