Overview

PDS Optical is a SDVOSB Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business that manufactures a very large number of eyeglasses each day.   We have Optical Laboratories in Louisville, KY and Fort Lauderdale, FL and manage many optical stores across the US and Puerto Rico. We take great pride in our product and are especially thankful to produce eyeglasses for United States Veterans. PDS Optical employs a diverse workforce which we embrace and encourage. Are you a retired Optician looking for part time work to maintain your skills?
Do you want to travel on occasion, see new places and meet new people?  This is a perfect position for someone who is looking to make extra money. 

We are looking for an experienced optician who can travel to fill in for others on vacations or leave.  This will require overnight travel or day to day travel.  Travel expenses are covered or reimbursed by the company. 

It is a part time position with a very flexible schedule.

This position will fill in at various locations in the Kansas City, MO and surrounding areas.

Pay range for this position is $18-$20
