Job Skills / Requirements

Are you someone who enjoys working independently and staying on task with minimal supervision? Join our team as a Part-Time Early Shift Janitorial Floater!

  • Base Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8 AM to 11 AM, with flexibility to float on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
  • Availability: Must be available to start as early as 6 AM, depending on business needs.
  • Starting Location: Our W. 74th Street office.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering supplies to various locations across the Indy metro area
  • Cleaning at multiple accounts, including offices, medical facilities, and light industrial settings
  • Maintaining cleanliness at the main office
  • Washing and folding laundry
  • Performing typical janitorial duties such as:
    • Wiping, dusting, and disinfecting
    • Cleaning restrooms
    • Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
    • Emptying trash and recycling
Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license and good driving record (company car provided)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong work ethic and time management skills
