Pay for this position ranges from $11.00 to $13.25 per hour, depending on site assignment.
As a Security Officer with DSI, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers, employees, and clients. You will promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report hazards while following DSI and client requirements, including site-specific post instructions. Training will be provided to familiarize you with general safety procedures and DSI’s safety manual. Professional interaction with clients, visitors, employees, and the public is expected at all times. This position also requires routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and the ability to work in all weather conditions.
We are seeking dependable, customer service–oriented individuals with effective written and oral communication skills and basic to intermediate computer knowledge.
Pre-employment requirements:
Applicants must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver’s license is preferred. Reliable transportation and communication are required. All candidates must successfully pass the necessary background checks and drug screenings.
