Job Skills / Requirements

As a Business Development Manager at DSI Security Service, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth in the security industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the successful acquisition of new accounts. Your ability to understand the security needs of potential clients and tailor solutions to meet those needs will be essential to your success.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for researching and identifying potential clients with needs for security solutions in the Memphis, Tennessee area. You will need to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within prospective clients' organizations. While providing exceptional customer service to maintain long-term partnerships. By working closely with clients to understand their security needs and challenges, you will be able to customize and present solutions that address their specific requirements.

The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert and stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to ensure our offerings remain competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales, preferably in the security industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of security solutions and services is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
