Job Skills / Requirements

Star Protection Agency is seeking 1 Gate Attendant Lead's for a high end, very fast paced, school enviornment.

This position is located in Bellaire, TX. Applicant must live within a 20 miles radius.

The Gate Attendant Lead will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to our customer. The Gate Attendant Lead will act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers and Gate Attendants. They will supervise site staff and provide training, recognition and discipline.

The Gate Attendant Lead will work a first shift, 7am-3pm, 40 hours per week, but must be able to take calls after hours, assist with scheduling and covering shifts, if need be.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years verifiable managerial or lead experience
  • At least 1 years of security experience
  • Able to work in a very fast paced environment
  • Able to stand up to 8 hours
  • Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
  • Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology
  • Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
  • Enforce Contract Standards
  • Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $16 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
