Job Skills / Requirements

TriCorps Security is hiring individuals to monitor and control access to client property.

Applicants must have a flexible schedule, pass a drug and background test, and have reliable transportation to and from job locations. Max 36 hour workweek, but not consecutive.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property
-Inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
-Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.
-Controls traffic by directing drivers.
-Completes reports by recording observations, information, and occurrences; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
-Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
-Following instructions of manager and client to help provide the best service.


Other Requirements include, but are not limited to:
-Must appear, dress, and act professionally
-Must be able to stand for an entire shift (8-12 hrs)
-Must continually be aware of his or her surroundings
-Must be articulate in verbal and written form
-Must practice good judgment in stressful situations
-Must be able to interact with people and problem solve

Certification Requirements (Any)

TX PSB Level 3 Armed License
TX PSB Level 2 License
