Job Skills / Requirements

We are currently, hiring for a Janitorial Supervisor.. This position is responsible for the follow but not limited to:
  • Oversees a crew of 8 employees
  • Inspects completed work for conformance to standards
  • Resolve workers problems, coaches, and or counsels employees
  • Supervise and coordinates activities of workers in cleaning and maintaining premises
  • Inspects equipment to ensure it is in good working condition
  • Performs duties of workers supervised when necessary
  • Support employees through training, coaching, planning, directing work, appraising performance, addressing complaints and resolving problems
 COMPENSATION:
  • This position is Mon-Fri from 2:00pm-10:30pm. 
  • The pay rate is $18.00 an hour
 
MUST HAVE:
  • Great customer service skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
