We are looking for a Part Time Maintenance Tech. This position is Mon-Fri from 7:00am to 1:00pm. The pay rate is $18.00/hour. This is for a senior citizen apartment complex. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN REPAIR MAINTENANCE WHICH INCLUDES LIGHT PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL AND CARPENTRY. This position does require some light janitorial duties such as emptying trash and moving dumpsters. Must have own basic tools and be able to push the dumpsters for trash pick up days (twice a week).
