Job Skills / Requirements

We are looking for a responsible and reliable security guard to join our team. The guard will be in charge of patrolling various parks in Paramount in a company vehicle. The primary responsibility will be to lock and unlock specific park buildings and recreational areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol parks in a company vehicle and keep an eye out for any suspicious activity or safety hazards
• Lock and unlock specific park buildings and recreational areas according to a pre-set schedule
• Provide assistance and information to park visitors as needed
• Maintain accurate records of activities, incidents, and observations
• Communicate effectively with other team members and report any incidents or emergencies to the appropriate authorities

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with 2 points or less on driving record
• 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
