Job Skills / Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Has effective writing and communication skills with the ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner.
• Valid CA guard card/license.
• Display great customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to walk or stand 7 hours out of an 8 hour shift. 
• Have intermediate computer skills to operate wireless technology at client sites.
• Must learn how to communicate via radio or Zello.
• Must be able to learn military/police codes and phonetics.
• Ability to handle crisis situations at a client site calmly and effectively.
• Must be able to converse with authority and compassion.
• Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain, snow, or heat.
• Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
• Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift.
• Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.
