We have mobile shift lead supervisor positions available at several of our client locations.
If you have your DCJS Unarmed Card, have 1 or more years’ experience or military/law enforcement background, a valid drivers license with no accidents or tickets, and enjoy teaching and mentoring others we would like to speak with you.
The Shift Lead Supervisors are responsible for ensuring all posts and security personnel are in their assigned areas, and all posts and locations are fully staffed and operating correctly on a 24X7 basis at their work site.
They conduct general inspections of each Security Officer's uniform and overall appearance, audit performance, address any training issues, review/examine documentation of any incident reports and/or general paperwork, inspect equipment, ensure rounds and complete report are being completed, continuously check on all officers at all posts to ensure they are being attentive and following the sites SOP guidelines. They are making sure no one is sleeping, watching TV, playing games, etc.

Certification Requirements (Any)
Must have clear criminal history for background investigation
Must have DCJS Armed card and Training completion forms
