Job Skills / Requirements

 On-board, process, and present orientation for all Top Guard officers in the Richmond office.

· Partners with staffing team and operations team to ensure that all staffing needs are addressed with urgency and placements are met

· Conduct on-boarding and hire processing in the Richmond office to include electronic documentation review and entry, review of paperwork, training videos, and proper uniform fittings

· Compile and/or review personnel files

· Perform personnel file Win-Team data entry and verification: SS#, Tax Forms, direct deposits

· Ensures all TG employees complete orientation as part of the hiring process and reports on completion

· Assists with compliance management as needed.

· Track onboarding, processing, orientation, and uniform metrics

· Demonstrate to candidates and new hires a positive reflection of our brand and company

· Works with staffing team on monitoring uniform inventory

· Collect and document uniform returns upon employee separation

· Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions

· Makes photocopies, faxes document and performs other clerical functions

· Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.

· Other duties as assigned.
