Job Skills / Requirements

The Operations Manager is responsible for client relations and satisfaction at multiple job sites in the Columbus area.  They are responsible for ensuring site operations meet or exceed client’s security expectations and company at all times. 

Duties include but are not limited to working with Human Resources to ensure quality hires are made, employees are trained according to established procedure, providing support to client site managers, supervisors and officers, maintaining a strong relationship with client representatives, enforcing company policy in accordance with established procedures, directing the flex officers and area managers, scheduling of personnel, completing payroll functions, and conducting quality assurance inspections.

The candidate must be willing to work dayshift Monday through Friday as well as be available for performing bi-weekly shift inspections on 2nd and 3rd shifts or weekends, and remain on-call at all times to meet scheduled and unscheduled service demands.

Must have experience in the security industry.

Supervisory & management experience is required.

Knowledgeable in the use of spreadsheets, Excel, Word, etc.

Have a neat and professional appearance.

Possess excellent customer service skills (e.g., courtesy, patience, understanding, etc.).

Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, including the proper use of grammar, punctuation and spelling.

Be willing to work additional hours when asked or directed.

Possess the ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities alone and often simultaneously.

This job reports to the Operations

This is a Full-Time position 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, Weekends.

Relocation is not provided and travel is not required
