Position Summary:
Provide leadership and oversight for multiple large-scale construction projects. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for project planning, financial performance, risk management, client relationships, and mentorship of project teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with Kelley Construction’s standards and objectives.
Job Duties:
· Lead and oversee multiple concurrent construction projects and project teams.
· Oversee project development, preconstruction, permitting, and construction execution.
· Coordinate planning, scheduling, and execution of all construction phases.
· Review and approve budgets, cost estimates, GMP proposals, and bids.
· Direct subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and project buyout.
· Monitor project financial performance including forecasting, cost reporting, and margin control.
· Ensure compliance with contract documents, regulations, and company policies.
· Identify and mitigate project risks.
· Maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and agencies.
· Mentor and provide leadership to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and staff.
· Oversee development and maintenance of project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar software.
· Review and approve project reports, pay applications, and change orders.
· Enforce company safety standards and quality control practices.
· Provide input on operational improvements, staffing, and business development opportunities.
· Participate in client presentations, contract negotiations, and pursuit efforts.
· Perform other related duties as assigned by executive management.
Minimum Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
· 8–10 years of experience managing commercial construction projects, including large or complex projects.
· Experience supervising and mentoring project teams.
· Strong financial knowledge including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
· Proficiency in Procore required.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Primavera P6 scheduling software.
· Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Travel may be required.
Physical Demands:
Ability to perform detailed administrative and financial review tasks for extended periods in an office environment. Must be able to sit, stand, and walk large construction job sites at various stages of development and collaborate with field staff, superintendents, subcontractors, and laborers as needed.

This is a Full-Time position 1st Shift.
