Summary: We are seeking an energetic and technical Business Development Manager to work from our Houston, TX office and elevate our profile with our Gulf Coast clients and partners. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for account management and engagement of new clients and partners to advance the market position of Kelley Construction’s industrial business unit. This role will work closely with external parties to develop long-term relationships while identifying, negotiating, and closing deals for our Oil, Gas, & Chemical construction services. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills along with a technical understanding of the industrial construction industry.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have minimum of 3 years industrial construction experience – estimating, project management, or sales preferred.
• Must have experience in Oil & Gas and/or Chemical markets.
• Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have strong computer skills.
• Must have strong analytical skills.
• Must possess a high-level of professionalism and be self-motivated.
• Must be able to travel on an as needed basis.
