Summary: Manages resources and subcontractors safety, efficiency, and productivity. Provide overall multi-site administrative and technical management for maintenance and project work at clients facilities.

Minimum Qualifications:
5 years of commercial construction experience as a superintendent is strongly desired
Ability to effectively communicate with all personnel, clients, customer and architects
Strong managerial skills
Experience in concrete, framing and finish carpentry
Familiarity with computers and ability to use company software
Must be able to work in the U.S. and possess a valid drivers license
Team player
Must be able to Travel
Ensure that safety practices are followed on job site
Ability to follow instructions, read and interpret instructions
