Individual will be responsible for account management and engagement of new partners to advance the market position of the Commercial Division.

Summary: The Business Development will be responsible for increasing opportunities in-line with Kelley Constructions’ identified goals and success factors. In addition, maintain a high level professional image/relationship with existing clients and business partners. In this role, individual will be a part of the executive sales team reporting directly to the Vice President.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to give effective presentations.
• Ability to read nonverbal communication to achieve better incite.
• Demonstrate aptitude to build confidence.
• Show true passion for client project and relationship.
• Must be able to travel on a needed basis as required.
• Bachelor degree in related field is strongly desired but a combination of technology skills, relevant experience, and drive will be considered.
• A minimum of 5 years construction, engineering, architectural or other related experience.
