Job Skills / Requirements

Special Services is our department that handles light handy work, carpet cleaning, tile floor maintenance, and more. We are looking for a proven leader to supervise our small teams on various job sites around the Twin Cities. 

Job Duties:

As you might expect, floor care and supervising will be the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:

  • Training new employees 
  • Overseeing small projects 
  • Maintaining equipment and supplies 
  • Ensuring that the workplace is SAFE and clean 
  • Respond to customer complaints
  • Assign tasks to associates and inspect completed work for conformance to standards 
  • Performs other related duties assigned by management
  • Assist operations manager 

Hourly Rate: $23.00-24.50 Depending on Qualifications 

Shift: Monday - Friday 4pm-12am (occasional weekend overtime is required) 

The ideal candidate will have : 

  • 1-2 years of Supervisory experience
  • 1-2 years of experience with specialty floor cleaning and construction clean up
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Problem solving skills 


  • You must be 18 years old
  • A pre-employment criminal background check is required
  • Valid driver's license Required
