Job Skills / Requirements

We are looking for a Full Time Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) Receptionist/Recruiter in our Des Moines IA office. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned.

Recruiting

  • Update and maintain google doc
  • Post and update job openings on the website
  • Monitor incoming applications
  • Check integrity test results
  • Contact applicants by phone and / or email
  • Perform phone screens and schedule interviews with supervisors.
  • Passing on qualified candidates to area managers for interviews.
  • Conduct new hire orientation/ onboarding process
  • Run Background Checks.
  • Provide company uniforms, photograph and provide company badges to new employees.
  • Helping new hires with onboarding
  • Helping applicants complete online application
  • Getting copies of IDs for new employees

Reception (when office is open)

  • Receives, sort, and route mail and deliveries
  • Monitor visitor access by buzzing front door entry
  • Welcome onsite visitors, determines nature of business and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
  • Makes sure that the front lobby is clean, organized and presents a welcoming atmosphere to employees and guests.
  • Answers incoming phone calls, determines purpose of caller and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
  • Perform other clerical duties as needed such as, filing, photocopying and collating.
  • Answers company questions and provides callers with address, directions and other information
  • Takes and delivers messages via email or transfers the calls to voicemail when appropriate personnel is not available.

Other Tasks as needed

  • Responsible for entering all absences and call offs in Winteam.
  • Assists company employees with requested forms and questions related to direct deposit, vacation requests, FMLA etc.
  • Track, order, fold and organize uniform inventory.
  • Monitors the client communication system for work order requests. Update the progress status and create work tickets for billing upon need.
