To prepare and maintain and supervise the operations pertaining to the electrical requirements in and around the hospital complex. To assist other tradesmen and workmen in the completion of their tasks.
-Four years in the electrical trade.
- Trade school or college preferred.
-Minimum ten years experience depending upon education background.
-Installs electrical service in the hospital.
-Maintains critical branch and emergency power branch of hospital electric service.
-Environment of Care Utilities Subcommittee.
-Coordinates electrical service with all outside contractors and vendors.
-Troubleshoots and repairs facility electrical problems.
-Provides a positive and professional representation of the organization.
-Promotes culture of safety for patients and employees through proper identification,reporting, documentation, and prevention.
-Maintains compliance with organization's policies, as well as established practices, protocols, and procedures of the position, department, and applicable professional standards.
High School Graduate or equivalent
Trade school or college, four years in electrical trade, minimum ten years experience depending upon educational background.
