Executes recruiting strategy to source highly-qualified candidates in the area of sales, construction management, internal operations, and a variety of corporate positions.
Finds talented candidates through various methods including social media, college recruiting, networking, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
Conducts phone screens with candidates, administers assessments, and coordinates in-person interviews with hiring managers.
Partners closely with hiring managers to stay informed of all openings and candidate requirements.
Creates job postings, updates open position reports, and provides updates to management team.
Maintains thorough understanding of employee benefits.
Also responsible for traveling arrangements for all Human Resources related purposes, including flights, hotel reservations, and rental cars.
Previous experience successfully recruiting active and passive candidates through a variety of resources.
Ability to successfully balance and follow-up on multiple tasks.
Ability to successfully meet and exceed recruiting goals and metrics.
Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must be proactive with a high level of drive and a great sense of urgency in order to work in a fast paced environment and/ or the demands of the job.
High level of competency in technology skills including Excel, and the use of Applicant Tracking Systems.
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Organizational Leadership or related field.
