Job Skills / Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES: To contribute to the organizations profitability by producing accurate construction drawings in an efficient and timely manner. Reviews work for accuracy and build ability while meeting the customers' needs. Delivers finished construction drawings accurately and within time budgets, as prescribed by selections, sketches and building codes. Coordinates those construction drawings as well as other documents required for permitting and construction with internal and external trade partners.


REQUIREMENTS: Associate's Degree in Architecture with AutoCAD experience, Bachelor's preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills. Ability to successfully balance and follow-up on multiple tasks while meeting all deadlines. Excellent communication skills. Strong customer orientation. Exceptional working knowledge of personal computers. Solid background of 2 - 4 applicable years of residential single family experience, preferred.
