Job Skills / Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES: Initiates and supervises all community digital marketing efforts and advertising. Manages the signage needs of model homes and communities. Achieves a high level of customer service both internally and externally. Works with Director of Marketing to ensure that Fischer Homes' communities, models and market homes serve as excellent sales tools.

REQUIREMENTS: Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft office and the basics of graphic design, i.e., fliers, web layouts, etc. One to two years of marketing experience preferred. Bachelor's Degree required - preferably in Marketing, Media or Business Management. Some analytics training preferred.
