Job Skills / Requirements

Contributes to the organizations profitability through the prompt completion of assigned tasks, including filing, data entry, scheduling of closings and preparing closing paperwork, taking documents to the attorney's office and paperwork to the mortgage and title companies for closings.

Assists the Closing Manager in the process of obtaining deeds, mortgages, mortgage releases, and enters recording information into the database.

Ensures that the closing process is as pleasant and effective as possible for the customer as well as the Title Company and Attorneys by professionally representing Fischer Homes.

Ensures that customer files are complete, all documents are properly executed and organized.

Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills.
Ability to successfully balance and follow-up on multiple tasks.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Strong leadership and customer service skills.
Exceptional computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience in a Paralegal setting would be helpful.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
