To satisfactorily manage warranty service related requests by performing root cause, diagnosing issues and designing the best strategic intervention.
To accurately troubleshoot customer issue tracking requests, implement appropriate and cost effective solutions to warranty service issues and assign services to associates for completion. Schedules and performs customer issue tracking for closed communities and one year after warranty.
To process issues with regards to scope of work, supplier performance, and Trade Partner performance.
To provide appropriate and complete documentation on all service related paperwork.

Strong leadership skills including initiative and drive.
Minimum of five years applicable construction related experience.
