The Business Intelligence group at Fischer Homes is seeking a highly qualified Business Intelligence Analyst. Successful execution of this position consistently integrates technical skills and business logic with the communication and research skills necessary for completing the discovery and documentation of existing workflows, as wells the execution of approved projects. Our team is a driving force, implementing projects and solutions across the Organizational footprint including; Dashboards, Data Warehousing concepts, 3D terrain modeling, and Web Application development. This position offers an opportunity to develop ROI based project scopes and schedules, and grow into increasing levels of project management based upon demonstrated performance. The successful candidate will demonstrate an inherent focus on assessment, thoughtfully developed proposed improvements, and professional development.

Multiple years of professional experience is preferred, with a minimum of three years.

Experience with the following technologies or compatible technologies, and skills is required: SQL, gather user requirements, prepare and clearly communicate options for development of solutions across a variety of platforms, database design and administration (MySql, MSSQL, Pervasive), javascript, SAP Business Objects, Crystal Reports, XML, and boot strap.

Successful candidates must have a Bachelor's degree.
