Job Skills / Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contribute to the organizations profitability by recruiting, selecting, training, managing and developing Sales Counselors that will generate and maximize new home sales in key locations.

Assist Sales Counselors in generating and maximizing new home sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Exceptional presentation, listening, and phone skills.
Above average problem solving ability.
Exceptional communication skills.
Prior New Home Sales and Management experience required.
Marketing background is preferred.
Bachelors Degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing or Psychology.
