Job Skills / Requirements

To create and maintain a wide array of top quality and award winning residential designs for single-family detached, attached, patio and entry-level homes.

To keep up to date with home designs while identifying new trends (local, regional and national).

Reviews construction documents of new and updated home designs and verifies initial design intent of livability and construction efficiency.

Knowledge of competition in all markets.

Bachelors Degree in Architecture

Solid background of minimum 2 - 4 applicable years of residential design/ construction experience.

Exceptional working knowledge of personal computers including AutoCAD experience, strong graphic skills and Google Sketch-up experience.

Strong problem solving, communication (verbal, written, listening and graphic) and organizational skills.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to successfully balance and follow-up on multiple tasks.

Architectural License preferred.
