Job Skills / Requirements

Responsibilities include:

Knowledge of all acceptable methods of custodial work;
Ability to read with understanding;
Ability to maintain inventory control system;
Ability to learn to operate all machines associated with stripping and refinishing floors and carpet cleaning;
Ability to accurately report information to maintain safe and efficient custodial services operation;
Appreciation of, a sensitivity to, and respect for a diverse academic environment, inclusive of students, faculty and staff of many social, economic, cultural, ideological, racial and ethnic background;
Heavy lifting required.
