Job Skills / Requirements
Required Education, Skills, and/or Abilities:
- High School education or equivalent preferred.
- CMA or RMA eligible, required to obtain within 6 months of hire (must be actively enrolled in program)
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years' experience preferred.
- Must have CPR certification within 3 months of hire and keep current.
- Knowledge of procedure authorization and its direct impact on the practice’s revenue cycle.
- Basic understanding of use of CPT and ICD-10 codes
- Excellent customer service skills; communicates clearly and effectively

HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT
Certification Requirements (All)
CMA or RMA
SRNA Certification

This is a Full-Time position 1st Shift, Monday - Friday (8am - 4:30pm).
Travel is not required
