Job Skills / Requirements
• Directs, supervises, and coordinates nursing personnel for assigned shift.
• Practices effective problem identification and resolution of staffing and patient care issues for the shift.
• Supports and promotes excellence in customer service.
Required Education, Skills, Abilities:
• Active KY Nursing License
• Minimum 3 years Nursing Experience
• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• TNCC
• NRP
• NIHSS required within 3 months of hire
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Previous supervisor experience preferred
• Practices effective problem identification and resolution of staffing and patient care issues for the shift.
