Occupational Therapist for Clark and surrounding areas Choice Heath Care provides home health care to patients of all ages across nine counties. Our multi-disciplinary team includes, nursing, aide, social work and nutrition counseling as well as physical, occupational and speech therapies. The Occupational Therapist is a qualified professional person who directs, supervises, evaluates and provides Occupational Therapy Services to clients in the home as prescribed by the Attending Physician.
