Job Skills / Requirements
This position provides various services, on any given day, focusing on the prevention of harm and the promotion of health for participants of the LFCHD Harm Reduction Program. This position requires the knowledge of and use of core social work competencies including but not limited to: documentation, ethical and professional behavior, engagement with and assessment of individuals, families, and groups through a lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion. This position requires a flexible schedule that may include some evening hours in order to meet the needs of the participants served.
Education Requirements (Any)
Harm: Bachelor's degree in social work plus 2 years of experience.
Harm: Master’s degree in social work + 1 year experience.

This is a Full-Time position 1st Shift, Weekends, 4-day work week with possible weekends.
Travel is required occasionally
