Day shift RN School Health Services part-time (and full-time openings) now hiring! Must be a RN (one year of related experience); $27.10 pay per hour.
- part-time less than 23.0 hours per week with no benefits (Monday thru Friday 4 hours per day) Summers off from work!
- The Nurse Specialist provides nursing services focusing on the prevention of illness, injury or disability, the promotion of health, and maintenance of the health of individuals and populations. The nurse works independently within agency guidelines in a variety of settings, including schools, to provide services.
Provides mandated public health services fo the Lexington-Fayette County public school system.
Must have one (1) year of experience and a nursing degree (ADN, BSN, Masters) or Nursing Diploma. Experience working as a RN or LPN in one (1) of the following: school health, pediatric care in a hospital or clinic, ER or urgent care, home health, public agency such as Health Department. Current Kentucky or compact nursing license and current CPR required.
