Job Skills / Requirements

Full-time facilities operations position; 40.0 hours per week; full benefits package. 

Pay range $24.80 - $33.35 per hour. 

Phase 1 external application deadline is June 5, 2023. 

Under general direction of the Facilities Operations Team Leader (FOTL), the Facilities Services Coordinator serves as and is responsible for being the first point of contact within the department for building related needs. Position is responsible for but not limited to ensuring allocation of inner departmental work orders, facilities cleaning/custodial contract quality assurance.  The position also servces as first contact point for summer landscaping as well as winter snow and ice removal, HVAC, electrical, elevator, plumbing, roofing and others as required. The Facilities Services Coordinator also assures quality standards are maintained within the facilities department, the facilities staff and all vendors.  Facilities Services Coordinator manages and oversees all functions of the shipping and receiving areas, including mail handling.  Hours will be core business hours specified for this position; may be required to work other hours if business needs require. 

Required education and experience: Bachelor's degree in public health, community health, public administration or related field plus 3 years of related experience; or Associate's degree plus 6 years of related experience; or HS/GED plus 9 years of related experience. 

Acceptable experience includes mailroom, basic clerical, or applicable vocational training.
