Job Skills / Requirements

New Pay $15.80 per hour 4-DAY WORK WEEK; bilingual AND non-bilingual positions

Bilingual must speak fluent English and Spanish (additional $1 bilingual skills pay upon successful completion of language assessment at hire stage).

Two 21) Full-time open positions; 37.5 hours per week with full benefits package. Four (4) day work week Monday thru Thursday. 

Work hours required: M, T, Th (8 am - 5:30 pm) Wednesday (8 am to 7 pm) Closed on Friday

Clinical Services Representatives deliver outstanding customer service for all clients internal/external customers while providing efficient and effective daily operations of the Public Health Clinic and WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) programs.  They expedite check-in/check-out process by reviewing appointment status to view information regarding appointment and insurance information.  Examples of work include: schedules client appointments; greets clients; routes clientele, determines client’s financial status; completes registration forms; prepares and maintains client health record, collects service fees and processes client bills, conducts community outreach activities, and makes referrals according to program procedures.

High school graduate (or GED) plus 1 year of experience or 6 months of experience and 6 months of education in business, medically related field or nutrition/health education.   Acceptable required experience in customer service.  Office, clinical, public health or fast-paced environment preferred. Cash handling experience a plus!
