Grounds keeper/light maintenance NEW PAY $15.80 per hour with full benefits package; 40 hours per week; 4 day work week may be considered after successful completion of new hire probation.
This position performs grounds maintenance duties with some maintenance and custodial duties as needed. This position will primarily serve during core business hours. During inclement weather, this position will be required to arrive on site at early hours for snow removal and salt application duties.
Looking for highly reliable, self-starter individual to perform a variety of seasonal (warm and cold weather) duties and year-round duties.
Year-round duties: sweeping sidewalks; outside trash removal; emptying trash receptacles; blowing leaves, grass, and other debris; completion of assigned work orders.
Warm weather duties: mowing and weed eating; operation of power mowers/weed eaters/trimmers/sprayers; applications of chemicals and mulch; tree/shrub trimming; painting, repair, and pressure washing.
Cold weather duties (may require alternate arrival time to work site); operate vehicle with snow removal attachments for snow removal and salt application.
Must have High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of groundskeeping experience required. Related certifications a plus but does not substitute for work experience for this position. Must have current Driver's License.
