Job Skills / Requirements
Custodial and grounds maintenance; two (2) full time positions with full benefits. NEW PAY $15.80 per hour; 4-day work week may be considered after successful completion of new hire probation.

This is a non-exempt position; performs custodial services with some ground maintenance and receptionist coverage as needed. This position will primarily serve during core business hours and during the evening.
Looking for highly reliable, self-starter individual to perform the following duties: clean and sanitize restrooms; maintain stock of paper products and soap in restrooms; empty trash receptacles; wipe down all high touch surfaces (counters, chairs and tables); empty recycle containers; sweep and mop flooring, dust, clean doors, clean refrigerators; assist with inventory management of cleaning and paper supplies; maintain janitorial closet; complete assigned work orders, daily work log and check list.
Must have High School Diploma and GED with 1 year of custodial related experience required. Must have current Driver's License.
